Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Good quality construction but it wasn't quite what I was looking for.
It's fairly flat so no real cup area. Kind of like an Elizabethan style, so with larger breasts you'll get a lot of spill over.

This corset top is the single best item that Corset Story offers, and I'll tell you why. I have a connective tissue disorder (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) that causes my ribs to frequently dislocate, which has forced me to stop wearing bras altogether, because where the band applies pressure to the rib cage makes slippage more likely. I've tried everything - larger band size, bralettes, longline bras, etc - but nothing have me the comfort I needed to get through the day. Corsets keep my ribs stable, but do somewhat restrict movement, which isn't always ideal for day-to-day.

Enter this cropped corset top. It's long enough to distribute pressure evenly, but short enough to let me still bend at the waist. It's fully boned to provide the support I need, but still looks like a cute lingerie top. It laces up the back so I can adjust the sizing based on my needs that day, but zips up the side to make getting dressed and undressed a breeze. I legitimately can't say enough good things about it. This corset has become my go-to "bra" for daily wear, and I will probably end up getting at least one or two more. If anyone from the design team reads this review, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this cropped style available in even more designs so I can have a cute assortment. I guarantee that myself and all my fellow zebras will thank you.
