Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Great Shirt, Misleading Color

The fit is great and the shirt is extremely well-made, but it is not champagne colored AT ALL. It is definitely a darker khaki/tan color in real life. I got this as part of a 4-for-1 deal and it took 2 and a half months to arrive, so I don't want to bother returning and waiting for another shirt at this point. Not what I expected, but I actually don't hate the color and I'll probably just dress it down, change the lacing color, and wear it as a cute khaki shirt with jeans. If you're ok with a casual, almost khaki-uniform colored shirt, this is it. If you have your heart set on a soft champagne fabric that looks more formal/dressy, skip this option. I'd give it a solid 5 stars for quality and construction, but misleading color and long shipping time bring it down to a 3 for this shirt.

*Customer service is very responsive and helpful, and they immediately offered an exchange when I brought up the color discrepancy; I then chose to keep the khaki. The other shirts in my order are similar styles in different colors, and all would get 5/5 stars. Overall, a net positive shopping experience and I would absolutely buy from this site again in the future.*

While the tightness of the corset was perfect, it was way too long for my torso, so it hurt. In addition to that, despite choosing my suggested size, the sleeves were way too tight around my arm. It was difficult to take off and put on! The corset shirt cut off my blood circulation.
