Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Beautiful Garment. Remember, it takes time to bond with your corset. It takes me about a week of wearing it 4 hours a day to get it stretched and formed to me. I use a long line corset with a satin camisole under to cover the top. It supports me and allows me to not need an underwire bra. It takes the stress off my shoulders and supports my back throughout the day. Some one asked me if I had had a surgical lift!
It also keeps me warm in the winter. I plan to wear this one in the Summer with Shorts and off the shoulder tops.
The biggest question I had when ordering at first was, what size to buy.
I wear a US 12 or 14 in women's clothes. A large tee shirt without the corset, and a Medium with it on. I am a 36 DD and I bought a 32. I have a 34 in waist and my corset is completely closed at the bottom around my hips, but open about 4 inches at the top. I don't like to feel like I can not breathe or eat. I can cinch it smaller at the top if I'm going to be standing alot or not eating for more support. Since wearing it, I am getting smaller. I plan to buy a 30 next time because I won't be able to close the 32 up any smaller soon.
(I'm not really dieting or losing weight, just inches).
