Customers ordering on the "5 for 1 Clearance Multibuy" Offer

As advertised we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on these deals. Corset Story is in the process of closing its main warehouse to move to smaller premises overseas. As such we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on these limited offers.

Returns*

In the event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, if you return all of the items from your order, we will refund the full cost of your order including the shipping costs, (up to the price of standard shipping - please see section on Shipping Cost refund).

If you wish to return items for exchange or refund, you have 30 days from the date you received your parcel to set up an online return. Once your Online Return has been submitted you will be able to download a Free Shipping label. Shipping labels are valid for 7 days once created, so please be sure to drop your parcel off within this timescale.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, with the swing tags & barcodes attached.
  • Your item needs to be returned with the original packing slip so please keep this safe.

Returns for Exchanges*

Popular designs can sell out very quickly and we cannot reserve designs for our customers. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you place a new order via our website for the desired items and return the order you have for a “Refund”.

When shipping your exchange, we will ship it on the standard shipping service only.

Route (when purchased) is only available on your original order and will not be applied to your exchange order.

For 5 for 1, 4 for 1, 3 for 1 Multibuy Exchanges - when you have purchased your items from our Multi Buy offer, and you wish to partially return items from your order, we can process an exchange for any item from the same sale category as the original multi- buy order.

If you choose a higher priced item for exchange, we will ask you to pay the difference or choose an item for the same value as the original order.

Shipping Costs

Refunds

When you are returning your full order for a refund, we will also refund the cost of the economy shipping service. Where you have opted for express shipping on your original order, we will only refund the cost of the economy shipping service.

Exchanges*

Where you have paid for express shipping on your original order, and wish to have an exchange, the exchange order will be shipped using our economy service.

Receiving your Refund

When we process your refund, you will receive funds as follows:

    • If you made the payment by card, we will refund you on the same payment card (Once the refund has been processed funds leave Corset Story’s account instantly, please allow 2 – 4 business days to receive your funds depending on the T&C’s of your bank)
    • If you made a payment through Paypal funds will be returned to your Paypal account
    • If you are an international customer to the site you have purchased from and have placed your order in a different currency you may find the refund you receive is a slightly different value from the one debited from your card. This is due to currency fluctuations and is controlled by your card issuer.

In the unlikely event that any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please send details including a photograph of the defective item to us by clicking this link Contact us Page. Do not set up an “Online Return”, Customer Services are trained to resolve such issues quickly and professionally.

Cancelling your Order before it is shipped

Once you have placed your order with Corset Story our primary focus is to dispatch your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you would like to cancel your order before we have shipped the parcel please contact us as soon as possible by clicking the following link Contact us Page. When completing the Support ticket please select the option “Cancel My Order” from the Dropdown menu provided.

Our Customer Services Agents screen all emails for these “High Priority” messages and will do their best to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouses. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee success, but will do everything we can.

Amending Address details before your order is shipped

If you need to amend address details before your order has been shipped please contact our Customer Services team immediately by clicking the following link Contact us Page. Please make sure that you include the details of the address you wish to change. Our Customer Service agents will do their best to change details before your order is shipped.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days after the goods come into the consumer’s possession. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (Set up the “Online Return in your Corset Story account by clicking here Returns Page or email Customer Services by clicking this link Contact us Page)

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you the payment received from you in full (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

      • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
      • 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
      • If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

*Please note we are unable to process returns or exchanges to these countries: Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore or UAE.  This is because there is no way to recover the tax & duties paid on these goods once they have been imported.
