Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Exchange is still outstanding

Initially I ordered a set of corsets for an event in a few weeks. When I received them I discovered they weren't the right size for me and I needed to do an exchange. Ok. That's the nature of online shopping. I contacted Corset Story customer support and explained my situation. I was assured they would do their best and send the replacement immediately and I wouldn't have any trouble getting a new size in time for my event, I just had to mail the big one out first. I did that the next day. True to their word, Corset Story shipped out the replacement... from another country. I'm writing this review now on their automated request for reviews. The event I wanted the corset for is now over and I still don't have the exchange. It doesn't even appear to have made it to the US yet.

The pvc fabric seems to be very cheap and flimsy but is surprising not too bad. But have to be careful compared to other brands as at one point I thought I have damaged the corset upon unlacing the ribbon that it was laced with. The ribbon lacing is horrible and hard to handle but luckily a different set of lacing came with it to switch it out.
