Corset Story aim to make your shopping experience perfect in every way. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products, and how to do so.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind, we offer a refund or exchange on all products providing you have successfully submitted a returns request on the Corset Story website within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once the “Online Return” has been set up through your Corset Story account you have unlimited time to return your items. Our full Returns Process can be viewed by clicking here Returns Page

If your Product is defective or arrives faulty
In the unlikely event that any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please send details including a photograph of the defective item to us by clicking this link Contact us Page. Do not set up an “Online Return”, Customer Services are trained to resolve such issues quickly and professionally.
If you have received a garment which you believe to be faulty please Contact our Customer Services team by using this link. Providing images of defective items is extremely helpful for our Product Development team and our Production Line Managers.
If you wish to return items for any other reason the cost of returns shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do have dedicated returns addresses in the following countries to minimize shipping costs for our fans.

Popular designs can sell out very quickly. We cannot reserve designs for our customers hoping to exchange items until such time as;
- The Return order has been received in our warehouse
- We have received and verified a return reference/Tracking number from you
To avoid disappointment it may be prudent to place a new order through your Corset Story account for the desired items and return the order you have for a “Refund”.
Receiving your Refund
When we process your refund you will receive funds as follows:
- If you made the payment by card, we will refund you on the same payment card (Once the refund has been processed funds leave Corset Story’s account instantly, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your funds depending on the T&C’s of your bank)
- If you made a payment through Paypal funds will be returned to your Paypal account
If you are an international customer to the site you have purchased from and have placed your order in a foreign currency you may find the refund you receive is a slightly different value from the one debited from your card. This is due to currency fluctuations and is controlled by your card issuer.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights. If you wish to learn more about your legal rights as a consumer please visit the Directgov website. Please note Corset Story can take not responsibility for content on external sites outside of Corset Story Ltd ownership.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days after the goods come into the consumer’s possession. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (Set up the “Online Return in your Corset Story account by clicking here Returns Page or email Customer Services by clicking this link Contact us Page)
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you the payment received from you in full (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
Cancelling your Order before it is shipped
Once you have placed your order with Corset Story our primary focus is to dispatch your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you would like to cancel your order before we have shipped the parcel please contact us as soon as possible by clicking the following link Contact us Page
When completing the Support ticket please select the option “Cancel My Order” from the Dropdown menu provided. Our Customer Services Agents screen all emails for these “High Priority” messages and will do their best to intercept your order before it leaves our warehouses. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee success but will do everything we can.
Amending Address details before your order is shipped
If you need to amend address details before your order has been shipped please contact our Customer Services team immediately by clicking the following link Contact us Page. Please make sure that you include the details of the address you wish to change. Our Customer Service agents will do their best to change details before your order is shipped.
